📱How to Create a Toolbox Talk Using Templates in Take5™ Connect (via Mobile App)

Creating a Toolbox Talk directly from your mobile device helps streamline site safety briefings. Here’s how to do it in Take5™ Connect’s mobile app:\


Step 1: ➕ Start a New Toolbox Talk

  1. From the homepage of the Take5™ Connect app, locate the button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap the (➕) button, then choose Create Toolbox Talk from the menu.


Step 2: 🏗️ Select a Site

  1. By default, the toolbox talk is linked to your current site. To change it, tap the site name at the top, then scroll or search to select a different site.


Step 3: 👥 Add Attendees

  1. Tap Select Attendees. You’ll see a list of users connected to your network—those currently on-site have a green circle, others have blank circles.
  2. Tap each name to include them, then tap Select Users when done..


Step 4: 📝 Add Title & Agenda

  1. Title: Enter a concise, clear title for the talk.
  2. Agenda: Either enter your custom content in the agenda text box, alternatively;
  3. Select a Template: Scroll down to “Add Template” and click Select for the template you would like to use.


❓ Troubleshooting

  • Can’t see a site? Ensure it’s been properly set up in Sites & Subsites on the web portal.
  • Attendees not appearing? Confirm they’re added to your company account and have app access.
  • Changes not visible? Refresh the app or try signing out and back in.
