πŸ“± How to Update Your Login Credentials and Employer in the Mobile App

Managing your login credentials and employer information is straightforward within the Take5ℒ️ Connect mobile app. This guide provides instructions on how to update your username, email address, password, and employer details.


πŸ” Updating Your Username and/or Email Address

  1. Access Profile Settings: Navigate to the Settings menu by tapping the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Update Login Credentials: In the Update Profile section, scroll down to find the Change Login Credentials section.
  3. Modify Details: Enter your new username and/or email address in the respective fields. If the chosen username or email is already in use, you’ll be prompted to select a different one.
  4. Save Changes: Tap Update Login Credentials to save your changes. A confirmation dialog will appear; tap Yes to confirm.


πŸ”‘ Changing Your Password

  1. Access Profile Settings: Navigate to the Settings menu by tapping the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Update Login Credentials: In the Update Profile section, scroll down to find the Change Login Credentials section.
  3. Enter New Password: In the New Password field, enter your new password, then re-enter it in the Confirm New Password field. Ensure both entries match.
  4. Save Changes: Tap Update Login Credentials to save your changes. A confirmation dialog will appear; tap Yes to confirm.

Note: Your new password must meet the app’s security requirements.

  1. Access Profile Settings: Navigate to the Settings menu by tapping the gear icon in the upper-left corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Update Profile: In the Update Profile section, scroll down to find the Employer field.
  3. Modify Employer Details: Enter your new employer information in the respective field.
  4. Save Changes: Tap Save to update your employer details.
