📱 How to Manually Sign Out of a Site in Mobile App

Manually signing out of a site ensures accurate attendance records and compliance. Follow this guide to sign out of a site using the Take5™ Connect mobile app.

Step 1: 🔍 Access the Onsite Screen

1. Open the Take5™ Connect mobile app.
2. Navigate to the Onsite screen to view your current site sign-ins, this should appear at the top of the screen after logging in.

Step 2: 🔐 Sign Out via the Onsite Screen

1. On the Onsite screen, locate the site you wish to sign out from.
2. Tap the Sign Out button next to the site name.
3. Confirm the sign-out action if prompted.

Step 3: ⚙️ Alternative Sign-Out Method via Settings

1. Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-left corner of the Home screen to open the settings menu.
2. Select Sign Out of Projects/Sites.
3. From the list of active sites, choose the site you wish to sign out from.
4. Confirm the sign-out action if prompted.

⚠️ Important Notes

• GPS Sign-Out: If your GPS permissions are set to ‘Always’ or ‘All The Time’, the app can automatically sign you out when you leave the geofenced area. Ensure your GPS settings are configured accordingly.
• QR Code Sign-Out: If you signed in using a QR code, scanning the same QR code again upon leaving the site will sign you out.
• Multiple Sites: Signing into a site via QR code will sign you out of all other sites. Only GPS sign-ins allow you to be signed into multiple sites simultaneously, especially if they have overlapping geofences.

• Unable to Sign Out: Ensure you are outside the site’s geofence before attempting to sign out manually.
• No Sign Out Option: If the sign-out option is unavailable, verify that you have the necessary permissions to sign out of the site.
