πŸ“± How to Complete Approved Work from a Form in the Mobile App

Once a form you’ve submitted has been approved and requires additional work, you can sign off the completed tasks directly through the Take5β„’ Connect mobile app. Follow this guide to ensure proper completion and notification of the approved work.


Step 1: πŸ“₯ Receive Notification

Upon approval of your submitted form that requires further work, you’ll receive an email notification informing you of the approval and the need to complete the associated tasks.


Step 2: πŸ“‚ Access Your Forms

  1. Open the Take5β„’ Connect mobile app.
  2. Tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner of the Home Screen.
  3. Select My Forms from the menu.

Step 3: πŸ” Locate the Approved Form

  1. In the My Forms list, look for forms with the status Approved: Work in Progress.
  2. You may need to use the Filter option to narrow down the list by status or search for the specific form if you have many assigned.

Step 4: πŸ“ Review the Form

  1. Tap on the form to open it.
  2. Review any comments or instructions provided by the PCBU (Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking) regarding the additional work required.
  3. Add your own comments if necessary in the comments field.

Step 5: βœ… Complete the Work

  1. Once the required work has been completed, scroll to the bottom of the form.
  2. Tap Complete Work.
  3. An email notification will be sent to the PCBU, informing them that the work related to this form has been completed.
