The Currently Onsite Records feature in Take5β’οΈ Connect allows you to monitor real-time attendance across all your sites and projects. This helps you track who is currently on-site, ensuring safety compliance and facilitating emergency response procedures.
Step 1: π Navigate to the Currently Onsite Records
- Once logged in, go to the Reports section in the left-hand menu.
- Select Currently Onsite Records to open the report.

Step 2: π Viewing Onsite Records
The Currently Onsite Records page shows a live list of all individuals currently signed in at your sites, including:
- User Name: The name of the person currently onsite.
- Company Name: The company the person is associated with.
- Site: The project or site they are on.
- Sign-In Time: The exact time the user signed in.
- Reason for Visit: If entered, the reason for their visit to the site.
- Sign-In Method: QR Code, GPS, or Kiosk.
- Estimated Time Left: The estimated time the user is expected to stay on-site.

Step 3: π§ Filtering the Data
You can filter the onsite records by:
- Users, Contractors, Employees: Search for specific associated people.
- Site: Narrow the records by site.
- After setting the filters, click Apply Filters to update the list.

Step 4: π₯ Exporting Onsite Data
- To export the Currently Onsite Records to a CSV file, click on the List Menu/Export button.
- Choose CSV to download the data for further processing or record-keeping.

β Troubleshooting
- No data showing? Ensure the date range and site filters are correct.
- User not appearing? Double-check if theyβve signed in and that the site is correctly set up in Sites & Subsites.
