πŸ–‹οΈ Currently Onsite Records

The Currently Onsite Records feature in Take5ℒ️ Connect allows you to monitor real-time attendance across all your sites and projects. This helps you track who is currently on-site, ensuring safety compliance and facilitating emergency response procedures.


Step 1: πŸ“ Navigate to the Currently Onsite Records

  1. Once logged in, go to the Reports section in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select Currently Onsite Records to open the report.

Step 2: πŸ” Viewing Onsite Records

The Currently Onsite Records page shows a live list of all individuals currently signed in at your sites, including:

  • User Name: The name of the person currently onsite.
  • Company Name: The company the person is associated with.
  • Site: The project or site they are on.
  • Sign-In Time: The exact time the user signed in.
  • Reason for Visit: If entered, the reason for their visit to the site.
  • Sign-In Method: QR Code, GPS, or Kiosk.
  • Estimated Time Left: The estimated time the user is expected to stay on-site.

Step 3: πŸ”§ Filtering the Data

You can filter the onsite records by:

  1. Users, Contractors, Employees: Search for specific associated people.
  2. Site: Narrow the records by site.
  3. After setting the filters, click Apply Filters to update the list.

Step 4: πŸ“₯ Exporting Onsite Data

  1. To export the Currently Onsite Records to a CSV file, click on the List Menu/Export button.
  2. Choose CSV to download the data for further processing or record-keeping.

❓ Troubleshooting

  • No data showing? Ensure the date range and site filters are correct.
  • User not appearing? Double-check if they’ve signed in and that the site is correctly set up in Sites & Subsites.
