Take5ℒ️ Connect automatically sends weekly summary emails to users detailing any incomplete tasks assigned to them. These notifications help ensure that tasks are completed promptly and that users stay informed about their responsibilities.​


Step 1: πŸ“¬ Receive Weekly Incomplete Task Summary Emails

If you have one or more outstanding tasks assigned to you within Take5ℒ️ Connect, you will receive an automatic weekly email detailing these tasks. The email will include:​

  • Task Name
  • Priority Level
  • Due Date
  • Project/Site (if allocated)​

This summary helps you stay on top of your pending tasks and their deadlines.


Step 2: πŸ“± Access and Complete Tasks via the Home Page

  1. Log into the Take5ℒ️ Connect web app.
  2. Navigate to your Home page.
  3. Click on the task you wish to complete.
  4. Review the task details.
  5. Use the Notes and Files tabs to add any necessary information or documents.
  6. Click the Submit & Close button at the bottom of the page.

Once completed, a notification will be sent to the person who assigned the task to you, and the task will be marked as complete.


Step 3: πŸ› οΈ Managing Other Outstanding Items

The Tasks dropdown on your Home page also includes any outstanding:​

  • TA/JSA/SWMS
  • Forms
  • Account Inductions​

These items will be listed alongside your tasks, allowing you to manage all your responsibilities from a single location.​


❓ Troubleshooting

  • Not Receiving Weekly Summary Emails: Ensure that your email address is correctly entered in your user profile.
  • Task Not Appearing in the Summary: Verify that the task is assigned to you and has not been marked as complete.
  • Unable to Complete a Task: Check if you have the necessary permissions to complete the task. If issues persist, contact support.​
