๐Ÿ“‘ Setting Up an Audit Template

Creating an audit template in Take5 Connectโ„ข๏ธ enables you to customize and manage your inspection/audit process. Follow the steps below to get started.


Step 1: ๐Ÿ”‘ Access the Audit Templates Menu

  1. Log into Take5 Connectโ„ข๏ธ.
  2. From the main menu, navigate to Templates and click on Inspection/Audit Templates or Inspection/Audit Questions.


Step 2: ๐Ÿ“‹ Add Inspection/Audit Questions

There are a range of questions already loaded to use freely when creating your template, however to create your own questions for the Inspection/Audit, select the Inspection/Audit Questions tab first.

  1. Go to the Inspection/Audit Questions menu.
  2. Click Add Question.
  3. Enter the question and the relevant section, then click Save.
  4. Then when you go to create your template, the question will be there to select.


Step 3: ๐Ÿ“‹ Add a New Template

  1. Click on Add Inspection/Audit Template.
  2. Enter the name of the template in the pop-up box.


Step 4: โœ๏ธ Add Questions to the Template

  1. To add questions, click on the Questions box.
  2. Select the desired inspection/audit questions from your account by ticking the relevant boxes and clicking Select.

*Note: Organize your questions in a logical order using numbers or letters (e.g., 1. PPE or A. PPE). This will ensure that the questions are sorted in the order you prefer, when creating the template.

After selecting all the necessary questions, click Save to add the template to your Templates Menu.


Step 5: ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ View Your Template

Once your template is saved, you can view the template by clicking View. This will show the template name and the questions added.


Step 6: ๐Ÿ“Š Visibility of Inspections/Audits

  • Admins can view all logged inspections and audits in the Reports section, under the Inspections & Audits tab.
  • Site Managers can view inspections and audits for sites they manage.
  • Other users can only view their own logged inspections and audits.
