🛠️ Creating an Account Induction

Creating an Account Induction in Take5 Connect™️ allows you to set up and manage inductions for your team. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: 🔑 Access the Induction Menu

1. Log in to Take5 Connect™️.
2. From the main menu, click on Inductions to access the induction settings.

Step 2: 📋 Add a New Induction

1. Click the Add Induction button.
2. Enter the name of the induction and any additional information in the free text dialog box. Note: The information entered here won’t appear in the induction itself.
3. Click Save to create the induction.

Step 3: ✏️ Add Modules to Your Induction

1. Once the induction is created, click on Modules on the right side of your screen.
2. Click Add Module to create a module.
3. Enter the Module Name and contents in the free text dialog box. Click Save to add the module.

Step 4: ⚙️ Organize Modules

Modules will be displayed based on their ID #, which is generated according to the date and time of entry. Ensure you log modules in the desired sequence.

Step 5: 📑 Add Subsections to Modules

1. To add a Subsection to a module, click on Sub-sections.
2. Click Add Section, then enter the Section Name and contents. Click Save once done

You can choose whether a subsection is in Published or Draft format. Published means it’s visible to users completing the induction, while Draft is hidden.

• To change to Draft, click the down arrow on the right and select Draft

Step 7: 📂 Finalize the Induction

Once you’ve added all necessary modules and subsections, your induction will be ready for use. You can revisit the modules or induction by clicking the respective links.

❓ Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues:

• Make sure each module and section is entered in the desired sequence.
• Ensure that any subsections are correctly set to Published when ready for users to view.
