πŸ“‹ Viewing, Assigning, and Unassigning Forms

Managing your forms effectively is crucial for tracking progress and gathering responses. In Take5 Connectℒ️, you can easily view, assign, and unassign forms to your users. This guide will walk you through how to view form responses and manage assignments. πŸ‘‡


Step 1: πŸ”‘ Access the Assigned Forms Section

  1. To view responses for assigned forms, navigate to the Forms section and select Assigned Forms.
  2. Here, you’ll see a list of all your assigned forms. You can search or filter to find specific forms.


Step 2: πŸ“‹ Viewing Form Responses

  1. In the Assigned Forms section, click View Responses for the form you want to check.
  2. You’ll see the status of each form, including:
    • Assigned
    • In Progress
    • Submitted/Pending
    • Approved
    • Work Completed

If a form is marked Submitted or Pending, you can click View Submitted Answers to see the user’s responses.


Step 3: βš™οΈ Viewing Responses in the Employee Tab

  1. To view the forms assigned to specific employees, go to the Employees tab.
  2. Click Edit next to the employee’s name, then select the Assigned Forms tab.
  3. Here, you can see a list of forms assigned to that employee, including their status. If the form is submitted or approved, you can click View Submitted Answers.


Step 4: πŸ”„ Assigning and Unassigning Forms

To assign additional users to a form:

  1. Navigate to the Assigned Forms tab.
  2. In the View Responses screen, click Assign Users.
  3. You can filter users by account or contractor.
  4. To unassign a user, click Unassign User next to their record.

If you encounter issues while managing forms:

  • Ensure that forms are correctly assigned and users are marked with the correct status.
  • If View Submitted Answers is not available, confirm the form’s status is either Submitted or Pending.
