👷‍♀️Unlocking a User After Multiple Failed Login Attempts

If a user enters the wrong password multiple times, they will be locked out from logging in. As an administrator, you can unlock the user and allow them to try again. Here’s how to do it. 👇

Step 1: 🔑 Access the Employees Tab

1. First, log in to your Take5™ Connect account and navigate to the Employees tab from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: ✏️ Select the Employee

1. Find the employee who has been locked out. You can search for them by name in the Search Employees bar or scroll through the employee list.
2. Click on the Edit button next to their name to open their profile.

Step 3: 🔓 Unlock the User

1. On the right-hand side of the employee’s profile, look for option labeled Unlock User for Login.
2. Click on this option to reset the user’s login attempts, allowing them to try logging in again.

Important Notes:

  • This option is only available for direct employees. For contractor employees, the contractor administrator or the Take5™ Connect support team will need to unlock the user.
  • If the employee continues to experience login issues, ensure they are entering the correct credentials and verify their account status.
