🖊️ How to Use Digital Signatures for Toolbox Talks

Capturing digital signatures for toolbox talks ensures accurate attendance records and enhances compliance. This guide will walk you through the steps to enable and utilize digital signatures for toolbox talks within Take5™️Connect.​


Step 1: 🧭 Access the Toolbox Talk

  1. From the main homepage on your mobile app, locate your Assigned Toolbox Talks that you haven’t completed.
  2. Click into the task to complete it.


Step 2: 🖊️ Fill Out the Digital Signature

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the toolbox talk to find the digital signature field.
  2. Draw your signature into this box, then you can either Clear Signature or Use Signature.


Step 3: 📲 Export the Toolbox Talk

  1. Go to the Main Menu in the top right corner of the mobile app.
  2. Scroll down to the Toolbox Talks menu.
  3. Click into the toolbox talk you want to export and select Export at the top of the page.
  4. Save or view it as a PDF, and then you can access the attendances acceptance and signatures.


❓ Troubleshooting

Attendee Not Receiving Notification?

  • Verify that push notifications are enabled in the app settings.
  • Ensure the attendee has the latest version of the app installed.​

Unable to Sign?

  • Confirm that the app version is 3.4.2 or higher.
  • Check that the digital signature feature is enabled in the settings.​
