Bulk importing tasks in Take5 Connect™️ allows you to efficiently assign multiple tasks to users at once. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1: 🔑 Prepare the File
- Create a CSV, XLS, or XLSX file with task names in one column.
- Optionally include columns for Priority, Due Date, and Time Zone.
- Save the file to your computer.

Step 2: 📤 Import Tasks
- In the Take5 Connect™️ web portal, go to the Tasks tab.
- Click the Import Tasks button at the top.
- Select the file you prepared and click Open.
- If your file has multiple sheets, select the relevant sheet.

Step 3: 🗺️ Map Fields
- Map the columns in your file to the corresponding fields (e.g., Task Name, Priority, Due Date).
- Click Save after mapping.

Step 4: 📅 Assign Tasks
- Bulk assign tasks to Sites and Users.
- Use the Top Line options to select a Site and Add Users to assign all tasks
- Or select individual tasks for specific assignments using the Site and Add Users buttons next to each task.

Step 5: ✅ Finalize and Save
- Review your assignments.
- Click Save to finalize and notify your assignees.
⚠️ Important Notes
- If the task does not have an assignee or required fields are missing, you will receive an error message.
- You may need to correct errors before completing the import.
