πŸ’» Completing TA/JSA/SWMS in the Mobile App

To complete a Task Analysis (TA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), or Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) in the mobile app, follow these steps:


Step 1: πŸ”‘ Access the TA/JSA/SWMS

  1. Log into the Take5 Connectℒ️ mobile app.
  2. From the menu (three horizontal lines on the top-right), click TA/JSA/SWMS.
  3. Select the Site associated with the task, or scroll to change it if needed.
  4. If assigned as Approver, Authorizer, Supervisor, or Assignee, the task will display as Required.

Step 2: πŸ“‹ Complete the TA/JSA/SWMS

  1. Click on the task from the list to access its details.
  2. Review the task and complete any necessary steps outlined in the TA/JSA/SWMS form.
  3. You can Approve, Authorize, or Acknowledge depending on your assigned role.
  4. If others are still pending, you won’t be able to Acknowledge until their approvals are completed.

Step 3: βš™οΈ Editing and Creating New Versions

  1. You can edit the TA/JSA/SWMS by clicking Edit in the top-right corner.
  2. After making changes, click Save to create a New Version.
  3. Add an Amendment Title and reason for the amendment, then submit the new version for approval.

Step 4: πŸ—‚οΈ Viewing and Managing Workflows

  1. Some tasks include Workflowsβ€”step-by-step breakdowns of the task.
  2. Click on each step to enlarge it and review the relevant information, including any related Hazards and Risks.
  3. You can edit or remove workflow steps once the task has been Approved or Authorized.

Step 5: πŸ“‘ View Documents

You can also access documents associated with the task by navigating back to the menu and selecting Task Analysis Documents.
