🦺 How to Complete a Pre-Qualification (Contractor Administrators)

To complete a pre-qualification request in Take5 Connect™️, follow these steps:


Step 1: 🔑 Access Pre-Qualification Request

  1. You’ll receive an email when a pre-qualification request is assigned to you.
  2. Click on the link in the email to open the pre-qualification form in Take5 Connect™️.


Step 2: 📋 Complete Pre-Qualification Items

  1. For each item, select Yes, No, or Not Applicable.
  2. If you select No or Not Applicable, no further information is needed. You can optionally add notes by clicking Add Notes.
  3. If you select Yes, you will need to upload the required documents by clicking Add File and choosing your file from your browser.


Step 3: 📑 Add Files and Notes

  1. After clicking Yes, use Add File to upload any required documents.
  2. You can also add notes to each item.
  3. Set an Expiry Date for each pre-qualification item if needed.


Step 4: ✅ Submit Pre-Qualification

Once all items are complete, click Submit at the bottom of the page to notify the PCBU that your documents are ready for review.
