🦺 Reviewing & Assessing Completed Pre-Qualifications

Once contractors have submitted their pre-qualification responses, follow the steps below to review and assess their submissions in Take5 Connect™️.


Step 1: 🔑 Access the Contractors Tab

  1. Log into Take5 Connect™️.
  2. From the main menu, navigate to Contractors.

Step 2: 📋 Review Submitted Pre-Qualification Responses

  1. Click Edit next to the contractor whose pre-qualification you wish to review.
  2. Go to the Pre-Qualification tab on the right-hand side.
  3. Here, you’ll be able to see the contractor’s Health and Safety (H&S) score, the status of each pre-qualification item, and the item name.

Step 3: ✏️ Approve or Reject Pre-Qualification Items

  1. You can View, Edit, Approve, or Reject each pre-qualification item.
  2. If an item is approved, its status will change to Approved.
  3. If rejected, the status will return to Required. The contractor won’t be notified of the rejection, so be sure to contact them through the message service.

Step 4: ⚙️ Review Documents and Notes

You can click View on any pre-qualification item to check documents submitted by the contractor and any notes they’ve added.


Step 5: 📑 Edit Pre-Qualification Responses

  1. Click Edit for any pre-qualification item to modify the responses or details.
  2. You can update the Expiry Date and Add Files or make comments on the response.

Step 6: 🗑️ Delete a Pre-Qualification Request

If a pre-qualification is no longer needed, you can Delete the request by clicking on the Delete button.
