🧑💼 How to Complete an Account Induction in the Take5™ Connect Web Portal
Completing an account induction in Take5™ Connect is a crucial step for ensuring compliance with your organisation’s safety protocols. This guide will walk you through the process step by step. 👇
Go to the Take5™️ Connect Web Portal 👉 https://app.take5connect.io
Ensure that you have credentials and they have been activated.
Go to the Google Play Store for Android users.
Search for Take5 Connect in the Google Play Store.
For Apple IOS users
Please go to the Apple App Store and download Take5 Connect.
Signing into the Mobile App
Once you have downloaded the Take5™️ Connect App, open the app on your device. Enter your username and password and click on SIGN IN.
*Ensure you have your correct username & password handy.

If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Tap to reset your password,’ and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset it.
Selecting a Project/Site
You can select the project/site you want to sign into. The bottom navigation bar, you will show you the projects/sites available to you. Scroll to find the project or use the search field. In the right-hand column, you’ll find the basic details of the selected project/site.
Click Use Selected Project to proceed.
Signing users into the site
Users can either register or sign in as visitors. If already registered, they can simply sign in.
– You can click Go Back to return to the Sign In & Out screen.
– Click Exit to return to the Project Site Selector screen (password-protected to prevent unauthorized actions).

Registering and Visitor Sign In
When registering or signing in as a visitor, you must fill in the required form fields. All fields except ‘Reason for Visit’ are compulsory.
View & Acknowledge Project/Site Induction
Whether registering or signing in, you must acknowledge the site hazards by clicking View & Acknowledge Project/Site Induction. Read through the hazards, then check the box confirming, “I read and accepted the project/site induction provided above.” Click Acknowledge and Close to proceed.
Signing Out of Site
To sign out, go to the Sign In & Sign Out screen and click Sign Out. You can either enter the sign-out code sent via text or use the search field to find your record.
Troubleshooting
- If your induction is not appearing in the Inductions tab 📂, verify with your administrator that it has been assigned to you.
- For any technical difficulties 🔧, try refreshing the page 🔄 or clearing your browser cache.
