To ensure safety and compliance, it’s essential to acknowledge the daily site hazards and noticeboard messages upon signing into a site using the Take5™️ Connect mobile app. This acknowledgment confirms that you’ve reviewed the site’s safety information and are aware of any potential risks.

🔐 Signing Into the Site

There are several methods to sign into a site:

• Automatic GPS Sign-Ins: When you enter the geofence boundaries of the site, you’ll receive a push notification. Tapping on this notification will open the daily site acknowledgment. Ensure that location services are enabled for the app.
• QR Code Sign-Ins: Scan the site’s QR code using the app. Note that scanning a QR code will sign you out of all other sites.
• Visitor Kiosk Sign-Ins: If available, use the visitor kiosk to sign into the site.

✅ Completing the Daily Acknowledgment

After signing in, you’ll be prompted to acknowledge the daily site hazards and noticeboard messages. This process involves:

1. Reviewing Safety Information: Read through the displayed hazards and noticeboard messages to familiarize yourself with the site’s safety protocols.
2. Acknowledging Receipt: Confirm that you’ve reviewed the information by tapping the acknowledgment button.

Please note that this acknowledgment can only be completed once per day and only when you’re onsite.
