Scanning a QR code with your phone’s camera allows you to sign in and out of a project or site in Take5β„’ Connect without needing the mobile app. This guide will walk you through the process. πŸ‘‡


Step 1: πŸ“Έ Open Your Phone’s Camera App

  1. Ensure your camera functionality is enabled.
  2. Open your camera app and point it at the QR code displayed on the project or site.
  3. A message will appear at the top of your screen, such as “take5connect.io”β€”tap on this message.

Step 2: πŸ“ Enter Your Details

  1. The project or site information will display in your browser.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your details:
  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number

All fields are compulsory.​


Step 3: βœ… Acknowledge Terms and Conditions

  1. Tick the box to acknowledge the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  2. The Sign In button will turn orange.
  3. Click the Sign In button to complete the process.

Step 4: πŸ”„ Signing Out

  1. To sign out, repeat the scanning process.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Sign-Out Form option.
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. The Sign Out button will turn orange.
  5. Click the Sign Out button to complete the process.
