  • Improved the auto site sign-out process to support both daytime and overnight schedules. These improvements also extend to site after-hours notifications, ensuring accurate behavior across all operating hours.
  • Upgraded our frontend framework and improved the overall look and feel of the application, including the removal of some redundant tooltips. The framework upgrade also delivers a range of fixes along with performance and security improvements.

  • Implemented a user data pseudonymization process to support GDPR compliance, enhancing privacy and protecting personally identifiable information.
  • Updated the forms PDF exports to exclude unanswered fields and made layout improvements for a cleaner, more readable document.

  • Added individual PDF download links to the Forms PDF export emails, making it quicker and easier to access each file directly.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed users to sign into archived geofenced sites, ensuring sign-ins only occur on active sites.
  • Fixed the API response for the Forms feature when forms are submitted, ensuring more accurate and consistent data handling.
  • Added new selectable options for the “who was involved” incident field — Third-Party, Customer, Public, Unknown, and Other — and improved incident list filtering for clearer, more accurate reporting.
  • Shortened long file names in Forms PDF exports and flattened the ZIP file structure, making downloads cleaner and easier to manage.
  • Implemented DAST, SCA, and SAST into our pipeline runners to perform application security checks on the staging environment, strengthening our overall security posture and catching vulnerabilities earlier in the development process.

  • Fixed an issue in the Inspections & Audits Question import process that caused the import to stop when an error occurred, ensuring smoother and more reliable data imports.
  • Fixed PDF layout issues for TA/JSA/SWMS and Hazards that were causing exports to crash or generate zero-byte PDF documents, ensuring reliable and properly formatted exports.
  • Expanded contractor pre-qualification notifications in Notification Roles: choose reminders 90, 60, 28, or 7 days before expiry, on the day, and 7 or 28 days after. There’s also a separate option for document submissions and a catch-all for all pre-qualification alerts.

Existing induction assignments inherited from upstream accounts are now preserved, ensuring data consistency and preventing accidental loss of induction records.
